143 Meridian Pty Ltd ("143 Meridian", "we", "us") is an independent digital house based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our app, Trustar, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell it.

This website

143meridian.com.au is a static website. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not set marketing cookies.

If you choose to join our mailing list, we store the email address you submit, along with the time you submitted it. We use it only to send occasional updates about the house and Trustar. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your address.

Like most web servers, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability purposes.

Trustar

Trustar is a personal goal and execution tracker. The goals, tasks, time blocks, and notes you create in Trustar are your data. We designed Trustar on these principles:

  • Your content exists to serve you, not an advertising model. We do not sell personal information, and there are no ads.
  • We collect only what the app needs to function, such as an account identifier and the content you create, and we do not access your content except as required to operate the service or when you ask for support.
  • You can export or permanently delete your data by contacting us. See support for how.

Trustar is currently in private beta. Before public release, this section will be expanded with the final details of data storage, sync, and any diagnostics collection, and beta participants will be notified of changes.

Legal basis and your rights

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by writing to the address below.
